加盟者聯繫 – 提機通知書

(以下為致所有已經到期並且可以提機的加盟者之有關書信)

親愛的加盟者:

多謝閣下對本公司一直以來的支持,為報答閣下的支持本公司現誠意送上一個小小的心意,有關閣下的智能售賣機首年第三者保險保費將豁免,本公司致力打造一個新零售及廣告平台,定期推出不同的新功能及更新智能售賣機,務求使本公司智能售賣機之功能更完善,更具備巿場吸引力,讓加盟者可以賺取更可觀之收入。

我們亦會提高我們服務質素,我們正在研發更完善的系統,預計2019-2020年我們亦會全線提升服務系統,使我們與加盟者有更多不同的意見交流,成為一個更成熟更有影響力的廣告互動平台。

不少加盟者已經根據相關意向書之協定,向本公司提供可供營運智能售賣機之地點並於相關地點開始運作。如果閣下已經安排了可供閣下之智能售賣機營運之地點,煩請於2018年11月20日或以前以書面電郵方式通知本公司。本公司會與閣下及場地管理者確認該地點可以營運閣下之智能售賣機後,盡快安排與閣下簽署正式加盟協議。於簽署正式加盟協議後,本公司將會盡快安排閣下之智能售賣機於閣下所提供之地點落地營運。有關地點提供請於限期前通知,通知詳情必須透過電郵雙方確認有關場地,運機路線安排及場地已允許營運的場地條款細則。

如果本公司於2018年11月20日前仍未收到任何加盟者提供的售賣機設置的位置的訊息或未能提供有效營運之地點通知,本公司會暫視為閣下未自行提供智能售賣機營運之地點,有關閣下售賣機將暫時免存倉費存放於本公司倉庫(包括香港或內地),並且在本公司協助下,會協助閣下尋找設置自動售賣機的營運地點。本公司希望閣下可以理解,由於加盟者人數眾多,本公司會根據既定次序協助並安排加盟者選擇可營運的地點。如果閣下決定從本公司提供之營運地點經營閣下之智能售賣機,我們每天也有跟不同場地合作及商討售賣機設置方案,煩請閣下務必耐心等待,本公司定必盡快聯絡閣下,安排閣下簽署正式合約,選擇營運地點及開始營運。

如果閣下在等候期間有最新地點提供亦可與本公司聯絡,本公司會提供協助與場商討設置機的條款及細則。

有關簽署正式加盟協議後的落機安排,一般情況下,亦會根據閣下意向書中簽署加盟後的指定日子內到達場地,除非場地突然有變動,引致售賣機不能放置,此情況會另行通知。

Dear Franchisee,

Thank you for your continued support for our company. We would like to reward you with a small gift for your support. The third -party liability insurance fee of the first year for all your smart vending machines would be waived. We aim at building a brand-new retail and advertising platform. We regularly develop different new functions and updates for our smart vending machines, in order to make them more functional and attractive. So that the franchisees can earn a more considerable income.

We are also raising our quality of service and our system integrity. We expect that in 2019-2020, our service system will be fully upgraded, so that we can share ideas and information with franchisees more easily and conveniently and IVM can act as a more mature and more influential interactive advertising platform.

Lots of franchisees have provided us with available locations for operating the smart vending machines and started operating at those locations, in accordance with the relevant agreements. Please inform us through email on or before 20th November 2018 if you have found a suitable location available for operating your smart vending machines. We will arrange to sign the Formal Franchise Agreement with you after confirming with you and the person-in-charge of the location that the location is available and suitable for operating the smart vending machines. Upon the signing of the Formal Franchise Agreement, we will arrange your smart vending machines to start operation at the location you provided as soon as possible. Please inform us before deadline about the location provision, including the email confirmation of both parties about the location, vending machine transportation route arrangement and the terms and conditions for operation of smart vending machines at the corresponding location.

If we do not receive any information or cannot provide effective notice about location provision for operating your smart vending machine(s) from you on or before 20th November 2018, we would temporarily regard you as unable to provide any location for operation of smart vending machines. Your smart vending machine(s) will be temporarily stored at our warehouse (including Hong Kong or mainland) without any storage fee, and we will help in finding suitable locations for operation of smart vending machine(s). If you decide to operate the smart vending machines at the locations provided by us, please be patient and we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange signing of formal agreement, choosing of operating locations and start of operation.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have found any suitable locations while waiting for the locations provided by us, we would fully help in negotiation with the person-in-charge of the location about the terms and conditions.

For the placement arrangement after signing the Formal Franchise Agreement, the smart vending machine(s) will arrive the location according to the date specified in the Letter of Intent and the Formal Franchise Agreement under normal circumstances. Unless any sudden changes in the arrangement of the location, causing the smart vending machine(s) unable to be placed at the location on time, we would give further notice to you in such cases.
